ROYAL MAIL STRIKES

Royal Mail are striking across different departments during October, November and December.

This is going to delay orders dispatched throughout these months so there may be a longer wait time once your order has been dispatched.

There will be no Royal Mail collections from us or deliveries to you on the following dates:

November:
Wednesday 30th November

December:
Thursday 1st December

Friday 9th December
Sunday 11th December
Wednesday 14th December
Thursday 15th December
Friday 23rd December
Saturday 24th December

We’ll continue to process and make your orders as normal, ensuring as many orders are dispatched as soon as possible before and after these dates.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide, please read on for more information.

DISPATCH TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Our warehouse is closed during the weekend so any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed when we re-open on Monday.

If you're looking to place an order for UK next day delivery, this will need to be ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday.

DELIVERY COSTS

Standard UK delivery is FREE for all orders over £25.

For all other UK orders, delivery starts from £2.95.

Express Next Day Delivery costs £5.95 and is available on all of our items (including personalised orders) placed by 2pm Monday – Thursday (excluding public holidays for England). 

Saturday Delivery costs £8.95 and is available on all of our items (including personalised orders) placed by 2pm Friday (excluding public holidays in England).

NON-MAINLAND UK DELIVERY

Delivery to non-mainland UK (including the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and other offshore UK islands) costs the same as mainland UK delivery, but you should allow an additional 2-3 days for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note: Those in Europe may now pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021. Please check with your local customs authorities. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible. 

International Delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked post and generally takes 5-7 days to Europe and 7-10 days to the Rest of the World. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COSTS

Europe (5-7 working days) – £10.95

Rest of world (7-10 working days) – £13.95

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail’s approved partner in your country.

We also offer an express courier service with DHL (delivered within 3 days).  Please get in touch at hello@celebratin.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please let us know within 14 days of purchase.  Please note, personalised items and bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

Please get in touch at hello@celebratin.co.uk, including details of your name, address, telephone number and details of the order you wish to return.

Once you have contacted us, you should return your order to our returns address (at your cost) within 28 days of purchase. Please obtain a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for an item that is lost or damaged in transit.

Upon receiving your returned order, we will process a refund (to the original payment method used to place your order) for the amount in relation to the item to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (standard delivery only).
